Participants must reserve and pay for their own accommodation.

The Organizing Committee has blocked a certain number of rooms in 2 hotels close by.

The Organizing Committee at no extra charge will provide bus shuttle to and from hotels booked by the Organizing Committee to Conference Center for participants.

Participants are, of course, free to make different arrangements both for hotel reservations and transport.

We have been informed that most of the 4* and 5* hotels are full in June due to different meetings in istanbul. Please make your reservations as soon as possible.

If there is place available for the city tour on 10 June 2002, on-site registration for the tour is possible. But we recommand to pay and make your reservations before you come.
