Registration Fees:

The full conference registration fee includes: 

• Welcome reception (June 10)

• Admission to all technical sessions (June 11,12,13) 

• Admission to all exhibits (June 11,12,13)

• 1 copy of the printed symposium proceedings

• 1 copy of the CD ROM of the symposium proceedings (if available)

• Symposium certificate

• Transportation (from airport to hotels (10,11,12 June), shuttle buses hotel-symp.centre)

• Lunches (June 11,12,13)

• Dinners (June 11,12)

• coffee, tea, soft drinks and cookies during breaks

Only a limited number of Ph.D.students who paid their registration fees before May 1, 2002, will be partly supported by the Organizing Committee for their accommodation.

Daily registrations will not be available.

Symposium Language:

The official language of the Symposium is English. All poster and oral presentations, discussions and printed material will be in English.

Paper Submission and Deadlines:

You can submit your abstract electronically by e-mail using standart word processing language (preferably DOC format). 
Include the symposium topic addressed and indicate a preference for a)oral or b)poster or c)poster+oral presentation. 

Receipt of camera-ready (final) manuscripts:            26 April, 2002
