Text Box:   Division of Photogrammetry at the Civil Engineering Faculty was established in 1971 with the establishment of the Department of Geodesy and Photogrammetry. At that time the name was “Chair of Photogrammetry and Adjustment Calculation”. In early 80ies with the new “Higher Education Law” it was one the two divisions of the same Department with the “Division of Geodesy”. In 1996 the new setup of divisions as 5 the “Division of Remote Sensing” has separated from the division. Now the Division of Photogrammetry works with a very skilled team in many international projects and holds the Headquarters’ of the International Society of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ISPRS).
